This beautiful Grade II listed building, described as 'a little castle' dates back to 1706 and is set in 2 acres of grounds.

Designed and furnished to a high standard, rooms feature a flat-screen TV, DVD player, internet access and radio alarm clock. Rooms also include a safe, tea/coffee-making facilities, irons and bathrooms with robes, slippers, hairdryers and fluffy towels.

The drawing room has lovely large sofas, plenty of books, DVDs and a well stocked 'honesty bar'. The local pub is a 4-minute stroll from the house and offers a full dinner menu. Ffarm Country House can also help with recommending other local restaurants.

This house also has a fully licensed bar. In the local area guests can enjoy countryside walks, fishing, dry slope skiing and historic houses and castles.

Travel information
By Car
- Leave the A55 at junction 24.
- Go to Abergele town centre and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A548.
- After approximately 3 miles, turn right on the B5381 signposted Betws yn Rhos.
- Go through the centre of the village and pass the church, the village school and the village hall (on right).
- Then take a turning on your left, up a small village lane.
- Take the second left turn.
- You will see sign at the entrance to the house.

There is only one ground-floor bedroom.

Spacious room with a luxury bathroom. Twin beds or additional z-beds are also available, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
