Description
Located on the sea front in Llandudno North Wales, this family-run guest house is set within an elegant 5-storey Victorian building which boasts wonderful sea and mountain views.

Situated on Llandudnos North Shore, the houses central position enables you to easily access all that this popular seaside resort has to offer. Just a short stroll away you can find the towns shops, pier and Venue Cymru Theatre and Conference Centre.

After a long day exploring the areas beautiful coastline, you can return to the comfort of the guest house and relax in the ground-floor lounge, which features a digital television, DVD player and games console, with a good selection of games, DVDs and books. The Promenâd B&B also has complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access.

Food & beverage
This 4-star guest accommodation provides breakfast only. Prepared from many fresh, local ingredients, breakfast is served between 08:00 and 09:30.

The breakfast room is situated on the ground floor, and benefits from panoramic views of the Great and Little Ormes through the bay fronted window.


Travel information
By Car:
- Take the A55.
- Exit at the junction with A470/A547/B5381.
- Follow signs for Llandudno (A470).
- Once on the A470, proceed straight ahead at mini-roundabouts - following signs for Llandudno.
- Approximately 2 miles along the A470, on the brow of a hill, the 'Llandudno Welcome' sign can be seen on the left, with Llandudno bay to the fore.
- The Promenâd is situated centrally on the North shore Promenade.

By Car:
Llandudno has a train station with express rail links providing direct, fast and efficient services from key UK destinations with a service from Cardiff. Journey times are now shorter than ever with London just 3 hours away.

There are also frequent services between Birmingham New Street, Crewe, Manchester Piccadilly and stations along the North Wales coast. Other services serve Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Lancashire and Cumbria.

There are direct daily services between London (Euston) and Holyhead calling at principal main line stations along the North Wales coast
